Question #1: Do you offer free shipping?

Answer: Yes, If your order is above 50£. If it's under 50 £ then it will be the standard £7.99. More info on our Shipping Policy

Question #2: What is your return policy?

Question #3: How long does shipping usually take?

Answer: We work hard to get your order to you quickly. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 6-8 business days after that. You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days total. For more detailed information, please see our Shipping Policy.

Question #4: I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Answer: Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage. You will need to return it within 30 days. We'll replace it at no cost to you. 

Question #5: How can I track my order?

Answer: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track it through the Track Order on our website.

Question #6: Are you a UK-based company?

Answer: Yes, we are a proud U.K. based small business specializing in home organization and decor. We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Question #7: When will I get my refund?

Answer: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. See our Refund Policy  for more details.

Question #8: Can I change or cancel my order?

Answer: We can often catch an order if you act fast! We offer a 24-hour cancellation window. To cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact us.

Answer: We are an online-only store. This allows us to offer high-quality products at great value and focus on providing an excellent online shopping experience.

Question #10: My product is out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Question #11: How do I care for and clean my storage bins?

Answer: Our bins are designed for easy everyday use. Most can be simply wiped clean with a damp cloth. For specific material care instructions, please check the description on the product page.
