Return Costs

For Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This applies if you ordered the wrong product, the item does not fit, or you simply changed your mind. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Pack Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
Send it Back: Post your return package using a tracked delivery service to the address provided in your return email.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy conditions.
Refund: After a successful inspection, we will process your refund. This typically takes 7 business days to be reflected in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We are happy to help. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Please be aware that return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
